I must be the most unsatisfied Samsung customer since the time I have purchased NOTE GT-N7000. I was so happy with the amazing phone but it turned out to be a nightmare and now I don’t even feel like attending or making calls. All my money is wasted + including Samsung car jack.<\/p>\n
The problem is, the person on other end is not able to hear me.
\nReason is, since my phone’s Noise Reduction is always ‘ON’ irrespectively wherever I am ( loud noise, less noise, hell or heaven – basically 24\/7).<\/p>\n
I am fed-up of manually turning is off and it really sucks when someone disconnects the call before I turn it off.<\/p>\n
I have visited\u00a0 3 times at Samsung service center (Chembur).<\/p>\n
First time- they upgraded the software.<\/p>\n
Second time –\u00a0 told me , it seems microphone needs to be changed and requested me to come next week as the microphone is not available at present.<\/p>\n
Third time – Chembur service center disappeared (SHUT-DOWN) forever.<\/p>\n
This problem started since I installed ‘Samsung Car Jack’ . It been 8 months and I am still struggling with GT-N7000. As a user I wished, if I could demand replacement or money back.<\/p>\n
My wife is very keen in buying NOTE2 and I am too inclined but the poor service and user experiences has shattered me very bad.<\/p>\n
