Can light ever come to the seeming darkness of the human mind?

I embarked on an outing some days ago. An exilerating, enjoyable trip. I didn’t go on this journey with an airplane or train or my limbs but with just my thoughts. Though it was not easy but it was in my mind. For on a quest on an object, a train as an example, there are certainly turns and bends to weave and meander about, hills to climb, troughs to jump as well as bridges to cross over. 
There are even the dark and lonely tunnels that may appear not ending-but, and a major however at that, at the end of that dark and lonely tunnel when riding on railway, there is as you know, light at the conclusion of that tunnel and your brain knows it for inescapable fact. The journey into an individual’s mind however, can almost certainly be dark and lonesome, and certainly has several curves and bends with crossing bridges so many however the light can appear so far, so very far-off, as to feel not possible. More than improbable, can feel like not one of your body, no section of your brain or soul could see an end, could feel optimism, could feel whatever. 
That is why undoubtedly,  Gerard Manley Hopkins plus fairly appropriately for this report said ‘O the brain, mind has hills; cliffs of fall / Frightful, sheer, no-man-fathomed’ (from the sonnet No Worst, There’s None, 1885). With the trip I embarked on my mind, I agree entirely with him, I actually understand what G.M.H meant by this amazingly accurate writing. Someone’s ego certainly plays a major role in this quest but it is an extensive and agonizing road of self discovery and careering along the journey of your past ahead of your ego and egocentric manners of your present day self expose them selves. Just before dealing with the harsh reality and reality concerning this side of your self, I found myself in dreadful locations of memory and pain from the daily life I had lead till this point. Individuals I had known, the places I used to be, the household of which I loved and like so seriously and definitely me, the real true me were all laid just before me-usually a train destroy, a tragedy mish mashed and bloodily knotted among wretched remembrances plus frightening emotions. 
But, as I was arriving at the conclusion of my trip, I start to see light and steadily I was becoming liberated. The bloody wreck I’d found and witnessed from the different factors of my eyes and mind did evolved and alter and isolate and the ‘terror’, as I had once seen it, now with understanding gained from my trip, could right now in-fact not just be not horror and discomfort but reality. And the actuality of my life, and that of all our everyday life, when understood and treasured, is in fact beautiful. The reality about individuals is stunning. So now having came back from this quest, I have ultimately returned home. A brand-new home, a very different home to the kind I once left, as well as a really brand new me to the 1 home I was familiar with.
